This site and service has been designed
to assist the clients and future clients of J.L. Lutz &
Company through our exclusive Buyer's Specialist Service plan. Please do not ask us to invest our time in
providing you information if you are working with another agent or
planning to work with another
agent. Our agents only get paid if they actually help
someone (represent them) find that perfect property and they work
very hard and exclusively to make that happen for the buyer.
Our Buyer's Specialists only work with buyers, they do not
list property for sale and their services cost the buyer
nothing! The way the real estate industry works is the
buyer's agent receives a percentage of the Seller's agents
commission at closing. We schedule
regular buyer and agent interviews so that everyone can determine
if they wish to work together. With 28 years in the business
we have been able to work with most people (from first time buyers to
experienced investors) and most people have been
able to work with us.
We are not asking you for your commitment to work with us
(heck, many of you probably don't even know me [Jim] and I don't
know everybody, yet) but rather a fair and honest chance to see if
we want to work together. Call me old fashioned but I think
