Once the transaction is under contract, one or more of the principal brokers will go with you on the personal walk through inspection and use their experience to point out any immediate concerns.  After the professional inspection the principal brokers and your Exclusive VIP Buyer's Agent will make recommendations and negotiate any repair issues for you.
