Plex/Property Evaluation
Using our 40+ years of expertise, you can be assured that
the price given is the honest price. We don’t inflate it to suit
the egos of the owners. When an owner asks for a plex/property evaluation, we
send a whole packet of information including:

Current comps for the
property, dependant on age, units, and area

A summary of the demographics
for the area

A current list of all active
plexes/properties, specific to your property type and area, their GRM’s and
price per square foot.

An annual property operating
data sheet (APOD) using the information given to us by you. This shows the
financials for the property and what it may cost another owner to run it.

A specific recommendation on
what price we believe will get it sold for your timelines.
Marketing Your Property
We’ll use many means to market property, to get it sold for
you at the highest possible price, at the time desired. After we
professionally prepare the estimate of income/expenses, and create the full

display AD presence in the Oregonian within the plex/property section, we
